My open balance is $and will be paid as I pay for what I owe, but this company wants me to pay for there error of not canceling service when I called and have phone records showing that callThey continue to lie, use illegal collection practices and have one other complaint on Revdex.com with similar issues and has on yelp all the same issue!! So how is it so many people have a similar issue with this company?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I stated previously R & V did NOT do the Spring Cleaning only the grass cutting and that was only partly finished because I intercepted the worker in the middle of cutting the grass! I already sent a check for the $for the cutting of the lawn to R & V certified mail on Saturday again with copy of the e-mail that was sent in March I will send copies of the email sent to R & V to Revdex.com with another landscaping company I had to hire to do the Spring Cleaning I don't understand how R & V can say they did the Spring Cleaning when I ran and stopped the worker from finishing cutting the grass Sincerely, [redacted]

They did our snow removal and They did a very good job Pricing was very fairHope to use them next year Small difficult lot for one large condo building in Arlington heights On a scale of to I would rate them a 8+ or just under always got back to us via text or phone Liberty Manor

My last bill for November is over billed.illinois had snow and a lot of it and the week leaf pick up and lawn maintance never occurred due to snow on the ground.My bill arrived along with a note that said"if there is a problem with the final invoice please call" so I called .My call was returned by the owners son who was very rude,nasty
and yelling at me.Telling me I left flowers on my lawn,which I never did !
He was totaling uncooperative and not willing to split the difference with meI tried to reach a resonable comprise but he hung up on me.I have never in my life dealt with such a poor business man.I will not ever use there service or would I recommend them.He was accusing me of lying and I do not lie and I was starting a fight when he had a bad attitude the minute I picked up the phone and said "hello"

We never received an email that's why we did the clean up , also my guys did state that she saw them doing the clean up and then when they were finished with the clean she came out say she canceled but if u saw my guys doing the work she should have stopped them before not after they were done . Now...

as for the can't afford the landscaping services , if she couldn't afford it  why would you hire another landscaper , we know this because we cut the next door neighbors.

only paid 80 dollars. That was it .

They did our snow removal 2015 and 2016.
They did a very good job.
Pricing was very fair. Hope to use them next year.
