Ordered a sofa from RV Marketing on September and did not receive it in the 4-week time frame I needed it for my customer so I called and asked for a refund in November I was told they will debit my card back after no refund I called back and was told they will send a checkNow in December still no check called back told they will send a check right awayJanuary still no check called again told they will send a check still no checkI just want my refund for order # ***

Product ordered 1/21/After many conversations with the company who promised the product would be delivered soon it has yet to be received by me
Order date 1/21/16, part ordered 32xhex shower pan - Center drain, order number XXXXX, Sales rep - ***, paid with VISA cardOn 1/22/I received a email stating my product would be shipped in 5-days and I would get an email with tracking number went it shipped
After a couple weeks without a delivery of my product I called and talked to *** who informed me that in the first email it stated that I would receive another email when it shipped and that should be in a few weeks at the most
In short, over the next weeks and months of calling and talking to *** with him stating that he should be receiving my shower pan anytime now I have yet to receive anymore emails, shower pan or offer for refund

I cannot go back to my credit card company because they already removed the dispute

ordered a skylight shad this company processed my credit card and I was told I would get an email For mounts I call bob every two weeks to get update Finally called back and spoke to Bob, my order was on back order and no telling when it would be shippedI asked for my order to be cancelled and refund my payment, bob said he can’t refund back to my credit card he has to sent me a checkGuess what no refunds no check no product

I never received merchandised but was charged
I ordered cushions on 12/29/I never received an email confirming order but I was charged for themI have not received my order nor any status updates or shipping informationI have sent two emails with no response and I have tried calling numerous times but no one answers the phone

As a followup to our conversation today with regards to this caseWe had originally shipped Mr*** a substitute window but his customer did not like itWe then ordered a custom built window which can be quite timely
particularly if they have to order even the glassWe understand that his customer was getting very upset but we were at the mercy of the supplier
We had cancelled his order for the custom window with him having paid the *** We did fail to refund that amount onI also told him that we would send a call tag for the first window and I was of the assumption that was done but in actuality it was not sent
I am now aware that on 2-15-Mr *** filed a dispute for his charge on his credit cardAt that time the amount of *** was deducted from our bank account and I assume that it was returned to him
As for the original window if her still wants to return it I will have it picked up and refund the purchase price and shipping charges for that windowAll we require for that would be an indication of wanting to do thisIf someone will advise me how to proceed on this we can close this matter

Thank you for finally responding in written formThis has been quite an ordeal getting a reply from your company
This started with a transaction on 10/11/I made the window measurements as you instructedI selected the window you suggested and was billed on 10/13/for ***
On 10/24/I emailed you that the delivered window did not fit and I asked if the other window you had would be a better fit
I agreed to an upcharge of *** for the other window and you stated that you would have the first window picked up
On 10/25/you billed me *** for the upcharge to second window
On 11/17/I emailed you asking for a status on the second window and how to ship back the first window
On 11/30/after no reply from you I emailed you the same email of 11/asking again for an update on the second order
On 12/5/I called and spoke to you asking about the status of the second window and how to return the firstYou stated that you would check into it and call me back
On 12/9/after no call back I emailed the same email chain to you stating that *** V was supposed to check order and contact me
On 12/14/I emailed the same email asking a simple question: "It is now December 14th, what is the status of my order placed back in October?"
On 1/3/I emailed asking which consumer complaint group you would respond to - Revdex.com or Indiana AG Office
Again no email reply but you did call my cell that dayThis indicates that you are receiving my emailsYou promised to have the first window picked up and a refund on all charges
After no email replies, no refund and no pickup of first window I filed a complaint with Revdex.com on 1/25/
The Revdex.com gave your company until Feb 9th to replyAfter no reply they extended the wait to Feb 20th
Once the initial Revdex.com complaint had no reply, I contacted my credit card to dispute the upchargeThey also attempted to contact you
After no reply from your company, they credited my account for ***
On 2/20/the Revdex.com closed my complaint as having no reply from your company and they lowered your ratingOnly this action has compelled you to reply in written form
Why did this take so long? This order was made in October 2016; even accounting for special orders this is ridiculous
You should have been contacting me and offering a resolution months ago
So my response is please fulfill your promise of refunding our initial charge of *** My credit card company has forced the refund of the "upcharge" amount , ***
Also please complete the promised pickup order for the first window glassI am not sure why you stated "...advise me how to proceed...", someone in business as long as you have been should know

Placed an order online on the evening of Sunday 6/ At approximately 8:Am the next morning 6/I called to see if the item had already shipped because I realized that the sink would not fit our travel trailer The owner stated that the sink wouldn't ship for at least a week because he did not have it in stock I asked to cancel the order and he told me no problem, it may take up to days for the refund to go back on my credit card
I called on the morning of 7/to check on the status of the refund and was told that even though the charge had hit my card on 6/that it would take a few days for him to actually receive the money and then he would issue a refund I called my card holder (*** ** ***) and was told that this was a statement and that he would have received the money the same day that the charge went through

I ordered a part from RV Marketing Inc twice I did not receive any email verification of order My credit card was not billed I reordered the part because I wasn't sure my order went through, and received no response or bill to my credit card again I've tried to contact this company by phone multiple times with no answer Today, days after re-ordering, I've called my credit card company to change my card number so that I can be assured that I won't be billed by this company in the future Since the company can't be contacted, this is the only way I can be assured that my order is cancelled and I can find the part I need somewhere else No communication or verification of order from this company

We regret the issues with this product but we have been trying to work with the new owner of the company which has been quite...

difficult. The new company had their own vacuum forming company which they intended to use but when they transferred all of the molds for the centers to themselves they learned that their equipment was not compatible to their equipment which required that new molds be made which is an expensive and somewhat lengthy process. We have tried to explain that and give the customers their choice to wait or get a refund. In this case we believed that she was disputing the charge so we withheld the refund until we received the notification. If that is not the case we will issue a full refund promtly

matter of a few minutes, E-mailed me in less than an hour saying the order
would ship in one to three days. Seven or so days latter you did e-mail
with a message saying you would return my money the next Monday July 25.
Communication have stopped and I have no order which was prepaid on July
11 and it is now August 10.
IN MY OPENION THIS IS A SCAM !!!!!!!
Therefore I plan to start reporting this site as such to ever agency and
