Order product on February 28th and never received it but they charged my credit card for it Below are the steps I have took to try and resolve this thru them March 20th, - Called and was told they were on cell phone in line at a fast food place and email March 20th, - Email asking about ETA of order - NO RESPONSE March 23rd, - Emailed again asking to cancel order and request refund - NO RESPONSE April 16th, - Called and talked to someone who said they would refund money - NO REFUND TO MY CARD June 13th, - Emailed to ask what is going on with refund - NO RESPONSE July 11th, - Called and explained what was going on and was hung up on July 11th, - Filling with Revdex.com Email address used pre website - [redacted]

Placed an order online on the evening of Sunday 6/ At approximately 8:Am the next morning 6/I called to see if the item had already shipped because I realized that the sink would not fit our travel trailer The owner stated that the sink wouldn't ship for at least a week because he did not have it in stock I asked to cancel the order and he told me no problem, it may take up to days for the refund to go back on my credit card I called on the morning of 7/to check on the status of the refund and was told that even though the charge had hit my card on 6/that it would take a few days for him to actually receive the money and then he would issue a refund I called my card holder ( [redacted] ) and was told that this was a statement and that he would have received the money the same day that the charge went through It is now 7/and still no refund From what I've read online this business is known for this type of bad business transactions I also

I never received merchandised but was charged I ordered cushions on 12/29/I never received an email confirming order but I was charged for themI have not received my order nor any status updates or shipping informationI have sent two emails with no response and I have tried calling numerous times but no one answers the phone

I ordered a part from RV Marketing Inc twice I did not receive any email verification of order My credit card was not billed I reordered the part because I wasn't sure my order went through, and received no response or bill to my credit card again I've tried to contact this company by phone multiple times with no answer Today, days after re-ordering, I've called my credit card company to change my card number so that I can be assured that I won't be billed by this company in the future Since the company can't be contacted, this is the only way I can be assured that my order is cancelled and I can find the part I need somewhere else No communication or verification of order from this company
