*** *** purchased a unit from us and came in and did paperwork on June 10,2015. I sent the DMV paperwork to the DMV on 6/26/and we have days to get a title to the DMV so I got all paperwork on time to them shown on page of the attachmentThey did not get to her paperwork
till it looks like August but on page of attachment it show's it went through the DMV hands and they perfected the lien but she needed a bill of sale from us RV Northwest to *** ***
We just started doing consignment sale's here and this unit was *** *** RV's trailer we sold for them on consignment so when the DMV asked for a bill of sale from us to them I did exactly what they asked and sent the paperwork back to the DMV so the title would be changed to *** name
On September 28, the DMV sent me back my paperwork saying that the lien was perfected and fulfilled which is page of attachments
In October *** called us and told me she had contacted the DMV and they said the paperwork was not correct and they were waiting on us to send them extra paperwork but no one from the DMV ever called me and told me that so I called the DMV which is the *** *** DMV not the *** *** DMV and they told me that yes they did need another paper but it was there mistake not oursAttachment page from DMV saying there mistake that no one caughtSince they made the mistake they reached out to the RV company that the bill of sale needed to come from
We finally got the correct bill of sale from Northwest RV Sales and I sent it to the DMV as soon as I got it and they finished the paperwork up on 11/2/15 and perfected it again and gave me tags for *** attachment page number and I mailed *** her tags on 11/19/attachment page so she should have her tags and the DMV can take an additional days to get her a title
I don't know why the DMV is saying they don't have paperwork when I have copies of everything they have sent back and fourth with me
