I am rejecting this response because:  WE HAVE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER OF THIS RV AND THEY HAVE ARRANGED TO DO THE NEEDED REPAIRS.  I WOULD WARN ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM DEALING WITH RV OUTLET. WE CERTAINLY DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.
