Review: Was hired to to replace porch and to do a 14 foot patio. For the patio concrete, they poured on a raining day. Did not level the concrete correct, concrete is pitch the wrong way, Also did not uniform expansion joints lines. looks very bad. It forms a Whirlpool effect and puddles in the middle. Very poor work. He disagrees and refuses to fix it. Even after I showed him by spraying water on it with a hose. Sal had a poor response. " its takes time but will drain" He should fix it right or pay to have it done right if he is incapable.Desired Settlement: Concrete work should be redone or refund should be giving to have it done correct.

As per under our original price of $8,600.00 we only received $8,000.00 from you. We are giving you $1,200.00 along with the $600.00 you withheld, a total of $1,800.00. Refund check of $1200 was received today. For the record $600 was withheld because job was not finish. $600 was to be paid on completion. Still in a hole but something is better than nothing. Railings were never installed and porch was never sealed. Hope this is made public so others can be cautious about this company. As promise will close case. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

I had a leak into my basement, and Mr. V[redacted] made some recommendations. He personally supervised and oversaw the work from start to finish. He was very experienced and professional. His workers were very adept, and they cleaned up perfectly at the end. Mr. V[redacted] follows through and does what he says he'll do. This was a pleasant experience, and I would use him again.
