this company came to my home while I was not home and started taking shingles off my roof.
I never called this company to do any work.
the foreman (***)called me at 2:45 pm to inform me they were at the wrong house taking shingles off and told me multiple times it was their fault and promised to fix the problem.
the foreman *** came out to offer to fix only half of my roof and tried to get me to let them fix the other half of my roof and pay them. They have been rude and now not accepting responsibility of what their crew did.
Other (requires explanation) to pay a roofing company of my choice to fix my whole roof
C&S Roofing is the contractor that removed shingles from ***'s roof. They were NEVER sent to that address by RW Mason Roofing and there is documentation to support that. When RW Mason Roofing learned that the contractor was at that house in error, *** reached out to Ms. and offered to replace the shingles that were removed. This was to be at C & S Roofing's expense. While *** was at the premises he gave Ms. the price to replace the full roof if she chose to hire RW Mason Roofing as the contractor to install a new roof. She declined and then sent *** messages that can be perceived as attempts at extorting a free roof from RW Mason Roofing. At that point, we declined further communication with Ms.. C & S Roofing has accepted responsibility for their error. They have Insurance through WMW Insurance Services ***. The insurance contact information is as follows: ***,***,***
In conclusion, RW Mason Roofing never directed a contractor to ***'s address. RW Mason did attempt to remedy a situation that was then completely distorted in a crude attempt at extorting goods and services at no charge. I look forward to your response and am available to answer any questions and/or provide documentation at your convenience.

I, ***, never tried extorting goods and services at no charge. Workers sent by RW Mason roofing came out and proceeded to take shingles off my house without my knowledge. RW Mason Roofinhs excuse was "oops they went to the wrong house!" I never hired RW Mason Roofing or C&C roofing doing ANY work ANY work or replacing half of a roof will cause more damage in the long run. I never hired them for the job, therefore, I don't want RW Roofing or C&C roofing doing any work to my roof. I want the roof done by a company of my choice and I want the entire roof done so it will be done right and fall along my strict HOA guidelines.
RW Mason DID NOT SEND workers to Ms. address at any point. CS Roofing went to Ms. house at their own volition and I have given you their Certificate of Insurance. This is an issue between Ms. and CS Roofing. Our salesman went in AFTER CS Roofing called us to let us know what they had done in an effort to help rectify the situation. Ms. then started demanding a free roof, she called the police and threatened to call the news. AGAIN, this message is an issue with CS Roofing and Ms ***. We have text messages that prove which jobs we contracted with CS Roofing. Ms. address is not, nor has ever been listed. CS Roofing contracts with several roofing companies, not soley RW Mason Roofing.
