The business owner is out of the matter. It has been turned over to the business' attorney.

For the business owner to simply state that he defers his responsibility of my claim is an not a response that I could work with. This is his business, under his name and ownership; he, and/or his attorney, need to take the extra steps to handle the matter properly and professionally. I am out thousands of dollars due to his false promises of completing the work after he was given a deposit and I filed an insurance claim, based on his direction, of which I can no longer utilize because the time limit of one year has lapsed, of which he was well aware and promised it would not be an issue because he would get the job done timely. For his attorney to offer me $150 to settle the matter is grossly unjust and frankly insulting.
He has done this to many other people per my information from the Attorney General's office. I'm also personally aware of him pulling this scam with a widowed senior citizen who is currently going through the same process of continually being put off over and over after she paid for the job in FULL.
He is a textbook scam artist and needs to be held accountable to those he has wronged as well as stopped from stealing from more unknowing victims.
