I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I was told that he window was on the truck on 13 April 2018 and was giving a 8:30 am time on 17 April to be installed. Late on the day before I recived a call that the truck was missing, and would be called when it was found. I did not hear a thing until I called the morning of 19 April. I was told that there was a rep. from the comp. and he said that they have been having problems with there systems and he would get the window to me ASAP. I did not hear any more until I called again on 27 April and was told by Mr. D[redacted] he was waiting for a call and would call me right back. that was 4 days ago. I haven't heard I thing about my window that was order 2 months ago

Received call from business (Eleanor) stating that the reason that the consumer has not receiced his window is because the manufacturer is updating their system and everything is backlogged. They have spoken with the consumer and feels that he understands. They were promised a delivery next week.
