Two words for All Seasons One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning "THE WORST" The technician they sent was impolite, abrasive, and rude He was pressuring me to fix the issue for approximately $dollars and if that did not work I would need a new compressor for my air conditioner a $4,price tag The items that they were going to replace was capacitor ($146.00) and fuses ($146.00) When the technician was told that I needed to think about it he upped the sales pitch and kept stating how hot it is going to be and how much I'm going to regret not doing this today Even though I refused his initial offer he was reluctant to leave pressuring to replace the parts and fix the problem I am thankful that Ace Appliance Service was there repairing my over They could not believe how insolent the other technician was They were able to replace those same parts (capacitor $74.95, fuse $3.99, and a fuse reducer $12.99) at a rate of 213% less than what All Seasons quoted They also stated that the same kind of AC compressor could be purchased for $2, I will never call or use this company ever again Their appalling sales practices and pressure to use them was on the verge of extortion

The items that they were going to replace was capacitor ($146.00) and 2 fuses ($146.00). When the technician was told that I needed to think about it he upped the sales pitch and kept stating how hot it is going to be and how much I'm going to regret not doing this today. Even though I refused his initial offer he was reluctant to leave pressuring to replace the parts and fix the problem.
I am thankful that Ace Appliance Service was there repairing my over. They could not believe how insolent the other technician was. They were able to replace those same parts (capacitor $74.95, fuse $3.99, and a fuse reducer $12.99) at a rate of 213% less than what All Seasons quoted. They also stated that the same kind of AC compressor could be purchased for $2,000. I will never call or use this company ever again. Their appalling sales practices and pressure to use them was on the verge of extortion.
Run away from this company. Run very far away. They have horrible customer service, despicable sales practices, and very likely illegal, or at the least immoral, technician âup-selling.â
I had a furnace that needed nothing more complicated than a new ignitor. However, One Hour came out and barely spent any time troubleshooting the furnace. Instead, the "technician" brought in loads of "testing gear" and a camera to inspect everything except the problem I asked them to fix. After spending an hour doing this, he told me that the furnace was producing "deadly carbon monoxide" and that he was surprised that my "family hadn't been on the news after dying overnight." In fact, he told me that the unit was registering over 1000% percent of the âlegal limit.â He then told me that the "law required that the unit be shut down." Of course, the outside temperature today is all of 18 degrees.
Perhaps my skepticism registered on my face as he then told me he would have someone else come out and give me a second opinion so that I âdidnât feel he was being unscrupulous.â Of course, that âsecond opinionâ was nothing more than another technician from the same company. When I declined, he told me again that âthe lawâ required him to shut the unit down and he intended to do so. Of course, he was unable to quote exactly WHICH law, as there is no such law at all.
I kicked him out and will be finding someone else to do the repairs.
