I am reporting how unreliable this company is, I called them 01 Feb.2020 at 8:30 am to inform them of my septic unit not working and backing up on their emergency phone line. The individual that answered stated he will be at my home some time later in the day. He further stated he will call when he is on his way. Upon arriving home my wife stated he never came or called. I called twice thirty minutes apart after I arrived home at 4:45pm. I left messages and I received no response in other words we were ignored. This makes for bad business and customer service. My family and I went through the rest of the weekend in a very uncomfortable situation. I did manage to find another company to come 03 Feb. 8:30am.
