Review: On Sept. 20, 2011, I satisified a debt in full regarding an account that RAB Performance was the collector of. A warrant of satisfaction letter was issued to the their attention from their attorney. To date, the judgement has not been removed. I am requested that this account be removed from the credit report as soon as possible. Their falure to do so has affected my credit score. My Docket # is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to receive an apology and notification in writing that this request has been submitted to the credit bureaus for removal.

Review: A judgement has been placed against me by a collection agency called Rab Performance Recoveries Llc for a business(THE COLLEGE NETWORK) that says no money is owed. They will not answer phone calls or answer messages left with them on their answering machine. No one ever answers the phone. This judgement is from 2009 and the debt they claim has a 12% PER ANNUM FROM June 2008. I had to look up the phone number for them as it was not posted with the address given at the time the judgement was filed.Desired Settlement: I need this judgement removed from my credit record so that I may move forward and get a loan for a new home I am trying to purchase. I need to either speak with them or have someone speak on my behalf to resolve this matter.
