BEWARE of using this company for patio enclosures Make sure you verify all measurements and not just take the word of the salesman Agreed to have a new roof put on our sunroom for almost $and the crew came out and tore off the old roof and installed new one but two feet of the house overhang was not replaced so now we have a roof that is 3/new and 1/old dingy roof When crew was asked about it they said they installed exactly what the signed contract called for This may have been true but that was ABSOLUTELY NOT what was explained to us by the salesman Who would ever knowingly agree to having 3/of the roof replaced?? Had the salesman come back out and he said he apologized if there was any misunderstanding but he couldn't make any decisions himself and would have to have his manager come out to talk to us which was a total waste of our time because the manager did nothing but put the blame on us for being stupid enough to sign the contract and that they did exactly what we signed for We were even willing to just let them paint the old part so that it would at least match the new part colorwise but he was not even willing to do that unless we paid for it (probably $in paint and an hour of labor) That told us right there what kind of company we were dealing with and at that point asked him to leave So do yourself a favor if you use this company and verify all measurements the salesman gives you because they will not ever admit that a "misunderstanding" was remotely their fault
