Credit card request refused (customer for 45 years) because of a very silly reason
Rabobank just refused my credit card request, after I had one for 15 years or so, but cancelled a few months ago. Never problems with my account, but I work for my self. It is because my bank notes do not contain the words 'salary'. Instead I use a different word to transfer money to myself. Really! This is downright appalling, and although it is a lot of work, I will change to another bank because of this awful, awful unwillingness for service. I still can't believe they would treat me like this!

Loan #[redacted]As a further point, this loan has a change in terms agreement that extends the maturity date from March 2, 2011 to September 2, 2038. If the maturity date is not until 2038, how can it be a charge-off loan if it is not yet due?

Review: Rabobank has failed to provide the services contracted for, has repeatedly failed to complete scheduled billpay events and has finally screwed up my account so much that they no longer associate an account with my billpay system.Rabobank has cost me at least $300 so far and I do not yet know the impact to my credit report.Desired Settlement: Refund me any and all charges incurred and pay the late fees and interest charges incurred from the vendors you failed to pay on time.

Review: Over 10 years ago I took out an equitline loan with Butte Community Bank. As the 5 year loan approached a balloon pay-off, the property value had dropped making it unrefinancable. I began the process of extending the equityline loan several months prior to the due date which was the advise of the bank. In the midst of extending the loan, Butte Community Bank failed and Rabobank took them over. After submitting updated loan documentation 4 different times over the next 2.5 years and making all of the payments on time, Rabobank converted the loan into a term loan. The problem is that Rabobank is reporting this loan to the credit agencies as a charged off loan. Even though this loan was not paid off at the original due date, it was never charged off and I have continued to make all of the payments on time for the entire time. I have spent many hours over the last 3 years trying to get Rabobank to correct this reporting error which has drastically affected my credit score and ultimately my income since I have been unable to borrow money to do my business of buying and remodeling real estate. Everyone I talk with from the local Rabobank manager, to the credit bureas, to the real estate lenders and everyone in between feel this should be corrected, but Rabobank refuses to change it. I currently have or can get the documentation and payment records to verify my position. Unfortunately, I do not have the financial resources to hire an attorney and take Rabobank to court. Therefore, I must rely on the public sources such as Revdex.com to do the right thing and assist me.Desired Settlement: Rabobank needs to correctly report to the credit agencies the payment history of my loan instead of claiming they are reporting it correctly as a charge-off. This loan is not charged-off since they still show a balance owed that I pay payments on every month. Even though I make every payment, they continue to show a charge-off for every month for the last 3 years and 180 day late for the 2 years before that.
