ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER...I had an engine put in, when I got it back multiple things did not work, AC, blowers, etc. Kinda blew that off. Then 7 months later the head gasket needs to be replaced....I bring the truck in and a couple weeks later finally get a hold of Jim he says it can be picked up. I tell him my son will pick it up and I will send my debit card with him. He says NO I NEED CASH. I said that won't work, and he says when you get cash let me know. When I question this he says his Credit card machine is not working and the guy that fixes it is in Texas. When my son picks it up it is running worse than when we brought it in, and there is still antifreeze in the oil and oil in the antifreeze, the reason it was brought in. Yet he will not answer my calls. Finally he calls back and says "Well you haven't changed your oil since we put the engine in" I respond umm. Yea it's been done twice, the receipts are sitting right here. After I let him know I had another mechanic look at it and tell me it was not fixed, he decides he will fix it for no charge. I should have said no, but already having paid them $2700 in 7 months I said yes, I figured they owed it to me. After weeks of refusing to return calls, my son goes out there, he says they just didn't flush it well enough, it's fine, but now needs another $200 part/work, and recommended we sell the truck right away. Bottom line, bad repair work, horrible customer service, or really none, tried blaming me for their bad work. I spoke with the police after picking up the truck, they said they were well aware of Raboins and [redacted]

Review: Put transmission in my truck, claimed it was a rebuilt. Got home had no reverse. Took it back to him he claims he put another one in, that one was bad too and all this time he wanted more money. He claims he is getting a new tranny from Kentucky but again he wants another $200.00 to pay for [redacted] Shipping charges. Now I have no overdrive so I took it to a respectable shop they told me that I needed a complete rebuild. I have a 3 year/ 30,000 mile warranty, I called Kentucky and they told me I only had a 30 day warranty. This guys is a complete joke. Even the police in his town had nothing nice to say about him and his shop.Desired Settlement: I am taking [redacted] to court to get my money back. $2200.00.
