Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the Raby companies has not yet made a settlementThis is our response to MrR [redacted] e-mail:MrR***,We no longer have a piece of the flooringWe offered a piece to the inspector you sent out on 09/29/but he declinedHe fully inspected the shrunken and buckled flooring, took pictures and told us it was a defective productAlthough the order was in my sister-in-law's name, [redacted] , I paid for it with my Discover credit card at the time of ordering.We are absolutely appalled that this matter has not been settled in all this time and feel we are victims of fraudWe understood that this product was fully guaranteedWe are not talking about a huge sum of money here, but since we are elderly and on a fixed income we cannot afford an alternative flooringWe have to look at this ugly mess and live with it every day[redacted] and [redacted] Regards, [redacted] & [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

Mr. [redacted],  Armstrong is requesting a piece of the existing ARM LUXE Plank Better 6 X 48  ( Kendrick Oak ) for testing. If one is available let me know and we will come it up this weekend or Saturday.
