Race Zone

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. So I never said that I was trying to use my card as debit, I am not stupid and I know I would have to enter my PIN , I work for a Bank Here is the problem , Your Pumps are broken , The keypad on one does not or did not at the time work , and that switch on the other one does not turn the pump on , I tried different pumps , all did not work , one way shape or form, if this happens again , I will personally get my bank on the phone and let you hear that ( a hold from race zone is being held in the amount of ) and learn how to spell in your reply

I stopped in to get gas , Th first pump I tried to use , the keypad did not work , I swiped my debit card and because of this it is holding $, so I went inside and talked the the employee , he suggested to use another pump , which I did and swiped my card again , holding another $and the switch on the lever did not work , so the pump never turned on , again I did not get any gas , so now $is being held on my card for days and I never made a purchace
