Regarding the complaint made by Mr. [redacted] R. [redacted] I am very sorry I failed to fill his order in a more timely manner. I have had extensive health issues and been in and out of the hospital. I have finally found someone who will run my business. With regard to Mr. [redacted]'s order of $20.61, I...

reimbursed his account via PayPal on August 31, 2015.Again my sincerest apology[redacted]

Review: I was a a repeat customer for about two years, and with the last order, order number 7363 on May 18th 2012, They were not just late like they normally would be getting product out, they never sent anything out, never refunded my purchase price to my credit card of what should have been close to exactly $199.17, and they stopped responding to emails, and stopped picking up their phones.Desired Settlement: I would care for a refund from them or to have the products purchased. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.

Review: I made an order on August 3, 2014 for 6 titanium bolts/nuts totaling 70.92+3.32 for shipping paid via paypal. After several emails and six months later I have requested a refund since the order was never processed or shipped. They responded on Feb. 23, 2015:

"I have put in your request for full refund. The boss should be back soon and will take care of you. "

They have ignored my emails ever since.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.

Review: Purchased titanium nut on line using company website Ref. order [redacted], on 7/10/14. Have not received item. Tried to contact company about the order and get no response from them. I have sent E mails and have called by phone with no response.Desired Settlement: Would like the product I purchased or a refund

Review: I have purchased one of their products online (July 7, 2015) order # [redacted], received an order confirmation immediately, noticed on my bank statement that they withdrew my funds from my bank account, but I never received my parts. I tried calling their number and emailing them several times but no get a return call or email back.Desired Settlement: Refund my funds and remove they website
