Review: I bought a SUV a little over o year ago from this business for around $3,600. Lee never told me or my husband that it was a RECONSTRUCTED TITLE, nor did he tell us that it DID NOT pass inspection. Two days after purchased, when we tried to get the vechile inspected, we were told that we needed a new gas line ansd wheel bearing. We then spoke to Lee, and then took the car back to Lee who insured us that he would fully fix both issues. Two days later he called and told us it was ready for pick up. After again trying to get it inspected, we found that he did fix the wheel bearing but DID NOT put the new gas line on. After this he did not answer the phone nor return any messages. About a month ago we decided to trade the SUV in for a bigger truck, since we started having problems with our AWD disabling by itself, when we ordered the new title, that's when we discovered that it was a RECONSTRUCTED TITLE, again Lee never told us this, and neither did the NOTARY, who happened to be a personal friend of his. This made it very difficult to sale and trade in because nobody wants a car that has be reconstructed. We have since traded it in to a dealer that when have dealt with in the past. He plans on junking the SUV since it has little to no value left with the title.Desired Settlement: I would like some of my money back had we known it was a Reconstructed Title we would have asked for a lower sale price or just walked away completely.

Review: on july 7, 2015 had my 2001 vw beetle towed to racers edge. my car needed a water pump and timing belt and then we needed the head redone, racerz edge called and said my car was done on 8/12/2015 and demanded that we get up there and bring cash money cause he couldnt make payroll and we let him know that we would be there on 8/13/2015 . so went there on 8/13/2015 and took my car for a test drive it was hesitant to start but it did and looked in my drivers side mirror and it was smashed, we then asked him what happened to it and they needed to fix it well he proceeded to curse us out and told us to give him his money and get the * out of his garage. he kicked stuff , cursed and tried to blame the tow truck drivr wich we were there and they didnt do this . so we went in to pay lee the bill was 1,625.00 in cash we left and came home and called swartz and he chardged us and extra 360.00 in parts charge . we also file a police report for damages to my car that were drivers side mirror, window, of car broke and several other things the police told us to call our insurance so we did and my car is now at a garage for damages that this garage did to my car. have a rental car for now till everything is fixed. we were over charged for repairs and you dont destroy peoples cars while you have them and to scream at customers in front of 2 young children is very ignorant.Desired Settlement: think he hould refund what he overcharged and I will not take my car to that garage for anything in the future

Review: I had ordered a exhaust tip from Racerz Edge on 12/23/13 for $80 as a Christmas present. When ordering this tip I had asked for a 5" to 6" stainless tip. When I received the tip three weeks later, [redacted] Lishka from Racerz Edge had ordered what I asked for but it was not what the person that I had ordered it for specifically wanted. I had asked [redacted] several times to exchange the tip, he refused. After arguing with him for several days about exchanging it, he finally said he would. I told him I would pay for the shipping to ship the wrong product back and to get the correct one. I took the wrong exhaust tip back up and he said he would call me when the correct tip came in and that it should be in the week of January 13th. When [redacted] had not called me by January 17th I had called him. He told me that the correct tip was not in yet and that it should be in the following week (January 20th-24th). On Monday January 24th I had called [redacted] again, and he said that it had come in, it was in his inventory and he was busy so he could not go through it to make sure and he would call me when he had went through it. On Friday the 31st at 10am, I had called [redacted] and told him I would be coming up that day to pick it up, he again told me he hadn't went through his inventory and he would call me. At 3:30 when he had not returned my call I call him, got the same answer and that he would call me. He closes at 5 so I went up there at 4:30 and he said he did not get a chance to go through it but he was busy so he would not be getting out on time and that he would go through it before he left and leave the correct tip outside in a red jeep in his lot. At 10pm on Friday the 31st I went up to look for the tip and it was not there. Monday at 9am I called him to tell him it wasn't in there, he said it was because it had not come in. Thursday the 6th it came in. It was very clear that this was still not the correct tip. I need to provide more details but do not have room. If someone could please contact me.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $80.
