We are in receipt of the above-referenced caseOur office staff did enter Ms [redacted] ' unit to inspect the issues she had on her move in inspection form so that we could try to remedy her unitWe had the housekeepers go back into Ms [redacted] ' unit on Friday June 10, to touch up the unitAlso, since Ms [redacted] ' has concerns on the carpet we can schedule a time with her so that we can send our carpet cleaning vendors back into the unit to clean the carpets againMs [redacted] ' has spoken to the apartment manager, [redacted] on Saturday June 11, and Ms [redacted] is aware she will still remain in her current month leaseIn regards to the actions of our onsite staff, we are truly sorry for their inappropriate behavior and it will be handled accordinglyAlso, each staff member has personally apologized to Ms [redacted]

Revdex.com: This letter is to inform you that GW Communication has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 8/22/1:10:PM and assigned ID [redacted] I spoke with them on Monday morning about their company's policy and they came out to my residence today and repaired the sod that was torn up during their work I also spoke with them again after the work was done to let the company know as well Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] VIA EMAIL: [redacted] June 29, [redacted] Re: Villas at Medical Center ComplaintDear Ms [redacted] We are in receipt of your numerous emails to The Villas at Medical Center and our corporate officeWhen you originally called on 6/20/17, I returned your call on 6/22/(days later as that is made clear in my voice message)You failed to answer so I simply left you message in regards to the charges that pursuant the Lease Contract you are charged for the carpet cleaning and cleaning unless you have that professionally completed before you vacateThe Deflea is charged anytime there is pet in the unit and paint is charged if anything is above wear and tear in regards to the paint, I was simply giving you a general scope of the charges By the time you called back, I had several messages form the staff at The Villas at Medical Center that you were going to contact the Revdex.com, the Attorney General and you had already emailed the corporate officeIn you choosing a written form of contact, our communication did desists because we will respond to you in the method you contacted us inEven after I called you after all the written communication you sent to let you know we will respond in writing you hung up on meIf you had given me the chance to actually look at your account before escalating the situation, I would agree that your unit at move in was not in the best of shape in regards to the paintThe few pictures you were provided in regards to the paint do show black marks and some sheetrock missing on the corner, but I will agree to reduce your account to a zero balance as you have requestedRespectfully, [redacted]
