This is the worst site I have ever tried to order from I enjoy her bakeware,etc and have purchased them through other vendors, so thought it would be in everyone's best interest to actually purchase them through her website Well, a week later they finally notice that one of my main items is on backorder, and nothing else has shipped either I call to speak to a rep who is very rude and obviously bored at having to speak to me They decide to check into the order, and will get back to me in "a couple of hours." The next day, I call back, get another rude sales rep, who transfers me to a rude manager, and the backordered item is, now discontinued, although their website still says it's backordered for four months I am totally fed up, ask when my other items might ship, and am told it would take another 5-days I just want the order cancelled, I am fed up, the manager says he will try to cancel the order, but he can't be certain They, also, have a hold on my credit card funds, mind you If they cancel, it may be another week before my funds are returned to me I have never had such a difficult time with any other website in my life, or encountered such clear apathy or downright disrespectful attitudes from all service reps Even their email conversations are rude Please, if you choose to buy Rachael Ray products, buy them from a third party vendor...they're usually cheaper at said third party vendor as well If I were Rachael Ray I don't think I'd be very pleased that I was being represented in this fashion This has soured me on her products in general I'm sure I can find somewhere else to take my business to, so that's what I'm going to do

I sent in a rebate and it was not honored. the promotion number was [redacted], Also who would have thought that this quality pans, dishes, dog food is not even made in the USA. I am very displeased and will make sure anyone and everyone will know my feelings.
