Please be informed that this is a team of realtors. Rachael might bring you in, but you will likely be working other other agents for your sale. That is a good thing, because they are experts in different parts of the selling process. I lived out of state so I needed a lot of help with upgrades and repairs. Kristi helped with getting the house fixed up and ready for sale in a very short period. Adriana was my primary point of contact after the listing. The entire team is super responsive. They are available all through week and even over weekends.

Rachael's team is really good at showcasing the property through the use of high quality professional photography and aggressive online marketing on all major real estate websites. The showingsuite tracker that they use is very helpful in keeping track of showing activity and buyer feedback.

My sale took a little longer than I had expected. We had problems with buyers backing off after inspection due to some issues with this house. I wish these were identified before listing, to prevent the failed contracts. However once these were fixed the house sold quickly and sold over the listing price.

Rachael's team is very professional and thoroughly know the selling process. The entire team works like a well oiled machine. In summary, I'm happy I chose them for my sale.
