Mr [redacted] [redacted] came into our office at Mary St., Reno, NV 89509, on March 14, at or about 10:30amHe requested service of a Motion and a Notice in an Family Court action to an individual, *** [redacted] [redacted] He requested that the documents be served/delivered to [redacted] [redacted] personally (meaning he did not want them delivered to anyone but her)I advised him the routine service fee for "personal" service/delivery attempts to an individual at the address he had provided (Eastmont Ln, Reno, NV 89521) is $I advised him that the fee quoted would include up to attempts over a week window (one of which would be over a weekend)He asked that when attempting during the week that we make our tries between 7pm - 9pm (which we did)In addition, a weekend try was also madeI personally updated Mr [redacted] via email on March 22, 2018, that the routine service tries had been made and that we had not been able to complete delivery as requested to the name partyI updated him that our server had spoke to a female resident that our server thought may have been the subject's mother & that she had said that [redacted] was not homeI advised Mr [redacted] that subsequent efforts to make delivery to the subject were proving to no avail, as they were no longer opening the door for usI asked if he had additional information on work address and/or if he wanted to continue w/ more attempts and advised him that the fees paid had been exhausted with the tries that had been madeMr [redacted] was not satisfiedPlease note that when serving process it is never a guarantee especially when trying to deliver documents of such a personal nature such as the ones in this matter that pertained to Custody/VisitationOur server was courteous at all times, but unfortunately, the subject could not be identified to complete service of the documents in the manner requested by the clientFee quoted was for attempts to effect "personal" service/delivery of the documents to the named party over a day windowAs proved with the attached affidavit, Legal Process Service, fulfilled contract by making solid efforts at service to the address provided( [redacted] .***.pdf)
