Review: In February, 2015 I purchased a Sam Moyer painting for $2824.00. The painting was sent without a signature request, which was determined after [redacted] completed their investigation. The painting was left at my doorstep from where it was stolen. [redacted], the manager of Rachel Uffner Gallery lied to me when I was told she did request a signature, said she would send me proof, which she never did because she did not have any, [redacted] said she is not responsible for the loss, will not own up to the responsibility of being negligent. Maybe she thought it was too expensive to send the painting with a signature request. I have been mistreated, she has only answered one of my e mails, I have had a big loss going through my deductible. So, I would discourage anyone from purchasing paintings from this gallery.Desired Settlement: I woul like the gallery to reimburse me for my deductible which was $1650.00, for [redacted].
