I've taken my car to Rachel's for repairs twice nowThey do a superb job at repairing damages
However, I've come to discover that they left a mess behind on the inside of my vehicleWhen I picked my car up from the shop, I found several smudges of what appeared to be oil or some other kind of thick, sticky fluid left behind on my driver door panelI also noticed a tiny piece from my gear console had not been put back into place
The big issue is that the day I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that my phone mount had been removed from it's position on my windshield, and was missing altogetherI called and spoke to the front office and was told that I'd be contacted backA handful of hours later, they took no responsibility for the missing item based on pictures of the car taken before repairs and word of mouth from the person in charge of repairsNothing else to it
Make sure you remove all personal items from your vehicle before having it serviced at Rachel'sI will not do business with them again
