cause hearing, instead sent an associate.  There was zero work remaining on the case, except to show proof Mr. [redacted] completed his batterersAfter the case was dismissed it is eligible for expungment after 60 days, meaning this charge will not show up on his criminal background check.  I did what I was hired to do.  He should be thanking me for such a successful outcome.  I will not be issuing an refund for services successfully performed.  I invite anyone with questions about the outcome of this case to contact me directly at [redacted]  Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted]  [redacted] has failed to address my issues with her far far far from even sub par representation.  She addressed what she did do.  My issues with her is what she didn't do like show up for meetings she scheduled and court when she said she would.  She even had me show up ojn a sunday and asked me to call her in advance because it was not a business day.  Then when I drove almost and hour she was out of town.  This is sooooooooo unprofessional.  I even have the extremely unprofessional texts that this so called poor exceuse for a lawyer sent me after I had to fire her for not getting any results on my divorce case.  She in those texts said she would drop me from a case I had fired her from a week earlier that she responded to in writing.  This speaks for itself.  She cannot remember anything like somebody on medication that causes amnesia i.e. valium, xanax, klnopin, or related drugs.  If a lawyer doesn't do what she herself says she will do in writing then I cannot continue to do business with her.  A court case is putting my life in the hands of my representation.  When she fails to do what she says she will do I cannot gamble that she will.  This is totally unacceptable.  I hope she never does this to another client.  it takes barely any research to show she habbitually does this.  My new lawyer has no complaints after 44 years.  [redacted] has more than a few.  I will need to contact bar association unless I have guarantee that she will never do this to another client who puts their life in the hands of this poor excuse for representation.
