He back up his promise to provide a great product with upgraded materials. The crew he used was also polite, and quite the worker bees. They removed all existing roofing shingles and paper, down to the bare wood. I also (at my cost) had them replace the skylights at the same time (highly recommend this). The best part? They did this in ONE day and cleaned up their mess, gone by 5:00 p.m. Expert workmanship. Workers are loyal to James for a reason.
