We had some vermiculite insulation removed and new cellulose insulation
blown in. These guys were amazing! They did a wonderful job with the abatement and I felt confident we weren't going to be inhaling any residual materials. Not only did they take care of the insulation but they added vents so our attic was properly vented. They were also able to add an exhaust fan to our bathroom that was motion activated (no more fogging of the mirror or walls!). All was taken care of in one day. Everyone involved was courteous and professional.
These guys did a nice job on my attic and crawl space. They explained how important it was to air seal the attic before insulating. I was completely sold once I found out how leaky my house was when they did the blower door test.
RHI removed vermiculite insulation (containing asbestos) from my attic, then sealed off all sources of air leaks in the attic and blew in cellulose. Rob and Matt were great to work with throughout the process. The crew was very professional and helpful. They spent extra time working with me to fix a leak in the roof that I didn’t know about. Rob and Matt also made sure that I would get substantial discounts through Focus on Energy and Zenolite Attic Insulation Trust. I highly recommend them.
