This company is terribleI have left very nice voicemails and pleasant emails to go along with the voicemails that their product - georgetown white loft bed BROKE on my now year old - who weights pounds and the screws came out and broke the boards and the whole side of the bed is not held to the rest of the bed and is dangerous I stated I don't need a whole bed, just the framing part It comes with shelves and a dresser,etc...just need the actual bed framing and of course NO RESPONSE at all I wish I knew the maker of the bed before I purchased it since I hear the same issues all over this site A children's company with absolutely no respect for safety.....I am sure this review will do nothing since they apparently show no respect for others OR their own company Just shameful and another upset and disappointed child Walmart can't do anything since it's over the days SHAMEFUL!
