Avoid this individual/lawn care service. Ismael of HIM Quality Lawn was a major disappointment. He never showed up for our 9 a.m. appointment yesterday. I had to call him to reschedule. We rescheduled for 4 p.m. Ismael called at four o'clock and said he couldn't keep this appointment either. We rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. Ismael never showed up, never called and then stopped answering his phone. Ismael clearly has no respect for customers or their time. Only call him if you have an entire day to waste.

Review: on 11/29/13 I purchased a pair of shoes in the store to be shipped to my home. Once I received the tracking information online, I tracked the package daily. On 12/7/13, I saw on the [redacted] website that my shoes were delivered the previous day. I never had a package on my front porch. I contacted the customer service dept on 12/7 around 6:00 pm and told them of my issue (spoke with [redacted] or [redacted], not sure). She said she was noting my account and I could take my receipt and tracking info to the store and get my money back. I tried this on Monday, 12/9 and was advised by [redacted] (mgr) that I couldnt do that. She called the customer service dept and was told I had to wait 3-5 business days for them to investigate. I have wasted more time, more gas in the freezing rain dealing with this issue. The lady I spoke to on 12/7/13 should have never told me to take my reciept to the store and get my money back if that wasnt true. I will never buy anything else from this store.

called consumer to verify if she received a refund (the business when I called told me that they are headquartered but the consumer did receive a refund) I sent the complaint to the headquartered Revdex.com and they sent it back and I asked if she received the refund, she did not respond.
