Racys D' Lenes Coffee Lounge Inc has never done pick up orders. Although attached the the Nucleus Cafe LLC ( see complaint # ***) the coffee shop is a separate business that only does in house orders. Again, the Nucleus Cafe LLC does pick up orders wend-Friday but not on the
weekends. Furthermore, when business is at high volume we do reserve the right to suspend pickup orders to meet the needs of our in-house orders. We apologize if the individual was not able to place a to go order, but to be clear only The Nucleus Cafe does pick up orders wend-friday. No pick ups are allowed on weekends for The Nucleus Cafe, LLC or thru Racys D'Lenes Coffee Shop during any day of the week. We have explained this several times and considered this matter closed. We will pass this information along to our legal team, but we reserve the right to offer pick up orders if we can feasible do so. The weekday this customer called we were severely backed up with Country Jam and an extra people. We explained to the gentleman that we were backed up for over an hour for food and that we could not meet his needs. Moreover, we had to deny several other customers pick ups as well. The complainant is not being singled out, just unfortunate that we were to busy to go to go orders. There are times that many restaurants cannot meet the needs of everyone due to unexpected high volumes of business.Sincerely*** ** ***
