Hello, I received a request for a refund from Ms [redacted], and I went ahead with the refund on the dress. [redacted] was shipped her hat, and was told that if she didn't receive it she would need to contact her post office, as my policy clearly states I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. I...
am very accommodating, and gave her the refund she requested, at the time she requested it. I cannot give you $47.50 thank DONT owe you, and that doesn't make me a crook nor a bad shop owner. I have over 400 orders in which people received their items, I would hardly call that dishonest. I apologize for the length of time the dress took, and I was open and honest about that with Ms [redacted]. I hope this brings resolution to whatever she feels was done wrong to her!
