This company gave services for my wife during ER visitThey sent claim to my insurance like that was regular visit so my insurance processed it that we have deductibleAfter I called insurance and explained that this was an ER visit and for ER visit I am supposed to pay copay only and nothing else, they reprocessed that claim and paid the amount initially shown as my responsibilityBut this company continued to send be bills even after thatI called them again and their representative told me that we are OK and can ignore that billBut recently we received letter from collection agency asking for that same amountTheir billing is complete mess or they are just bunch of ignorants

I was admitted to the *** west campus hospital on June 28, On September 30, 2017, I received a letter from *** Financial stating that Radadvantage, APC had submitted my account to collectionsI have never received any correspondence from Radadvantage, APC for an unpaid or overdue billRadadvantage didn't even give me a chance to resubmit the bill to my insurance or make payments to themThey just put me in collections and are messing up my credit

After paying different statements and giving them date checks were cashed, their customer service said they had no record of either paymentThey told me I had to send them cancelled checks rather than them checking internally with their accountingWhat kind of customer service is that?

point, but rest assure that the check was mailed out yesterday and you should

I represent the billing office of Radadvantage APCThis complaint was brought to the attention of the customer service supervisor who carefully researched the accounts in question and determined that there was an error on our part within the
billing processThe account is going to be taken out of collections immediatelyPlease be assured that although the accounts were sent to collections, they have been cancelled and no further collection activity will be reportedThe customer service supervisor will be in contact with the consumer within the next two business daysWe sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused

I broke my arm on a Friday evening, by Tuesday the next week I was receiving agressive calls from Debt collectors demanding $50! Rad advantage had gotten my name etc but not my insurance information from the hospital and had my name and info sent directly to a collection agency without sending me a bill or giving me a chance to settle itI called and was told to pay the collector and they would reimburse me when my insurance paid themI had to call them numerous times and it took them over a year to reimburse me

Radadvantage APC has a new billing company as of 10/01/Any payments that were made to patient accounts were sent to their new billing addressThis account has been adjustedWe apologize for any inconvenience

I had Diagnostic services at *** Ohio Mercy ER..aI have *** and ***Which I was reassured all would be covered for the MRI and ER services that I hadyesterday I recieved a COLLECTION NOTICE for almost How can I be sent to Collections if I had never received a BillIt is Also My understanding that THIS BILL is a Contracted OUT Service From 3D Lab LCC/ RADADVANTAGE...apcA GROUP OF RADIOLOGIST that READ My MRINOT TO MENTION READ IT AS ME HAVING CANCER METASTATIC BONE DISEASEWHICH WAS AN ERROR DIAGNOSISSUCH INCOMPETENCYNOW NOT ONE person I have called several numbers to get help with this BILLING ISSUE and NOT ONE PERSON CAN HELP ME WTH

I was involved in a single car MVA and brought to the hospital by ambulance to *** *** Hospital in West Islip, NY all paper work filled out indicated that this was a no fault claim The only issue I am having is with this company now They incorrectly billed my health insurance carrier and WAS paid according to my plan The company then put us into collections for the balanceThey never tried to contact us or even send us a letter I promptly called the collection agency and explained what happenedI also sent them the no fault carrier information The collection has confirmed they received it Now the Rad npeople are submitting a claim for services rendered to the NYS Workers Comp Board as evidenced by the copy of the C-AMR they sent out This form says to not use it for medical services rendered, yet they are This company has used the wrong Liberty insurance information which I sent to them Their office number is almost impossible to get thru to I feel that
