Review: In October of 2008 we purchased new windows for our entire house from Radco Windows, which included a lifetime warranty. After installation we had a couple of issues that they did repair for us. We now have another issue with a window crank and when we called we were told that they went out of business...but use the same phone numbers, addresses, and I even see trucks out there with Radco Windows on the road. They told us we would have to call someone who repairs windows...not much help.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the window fixed and the Warranty reinstated. As time goes by there my be other issues with the windows and one of our main reasons for choosing this company was the Lifetime Warranty! At this point we are 'up a crick without a paddle".
