Called last night for service to my dryer. Serviceman responded promptly at agreed upon time this am. Our serviceman (Keith) was very knowledgeable and courteous. Explained why problem occurred to help me avoid same in future. We are repeat customers and find your company to be very fair and honest. Would certainly recommend to friends and neighbors.

Keith and Jeremy of Radco came to fix my refrigerator. They came in, accessed the problem, gave me my options and solved the problem quickly and were gone. They left the area clean and told me how to fix this problem in the future. Was so relieved at cost and how well these guys worked together. Everyone gave me the run around! When I called RADCO,inc and explained my issues and the help I needed the response was YES we can can help and the paper work I needed was taken care of and ready for me in less than 24hrs! Brilliant technician services, on time and so efficient with air conditioning service.

We had a broken wires in the air handler system and the tech found the culprit in record time. Installed a new thermostat that is more efficient.

I just want to say how pleased we were to have the tech come out and take care of several issues we had. The washing machine and our LG refridgeration system were taken care of and the Tech that came was very honest and upfront in discussing what needed to be done. The price was reasonable. I can say that Radco Inc. has been first and foremost about their readiness to service emergency calls from customers any day of the week, even weekends and holidays and are pleased to be of service......their work is excellent and done in a timely manner and will always keep cost reasonable for their customers.....they are truly professionals..!!!

I selected Radco from the yellow pages and as with all new repair services I was concerned whether the technician would be knowledgeable about my particular machine--my kitchenaid dishwasher.

Not only was the technician competent--he was expert. He even had the parts needed to repair the malfunction.

He was neat, efficient, and the Fee was fair. It is indeed a pleasure to watch someone work who knows what they are doing!!

I had RADCO at my home 5/4/15 to repair my air conditioning system, the company was very prompt and courteous. They explained all the repairs they were going to be making on the machine before having me sign any paperwork. Jeremy my technician was very polite and well mannered. He answered any questions I had about my machine and even showed me some things I hadn't previously known. The pricing was fair compared to other companys that I had previously contacted. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Rob was awesome! During the night last night our air went out. We live in FL.....who can be without air? My husband reached out to Rob this morning and he was out in a few hours....on a Sunday! Very fast and honest!
