[redacted] originally brought in a ford ffor a repair on a power steering hose “customer parts”on 9/30/it was a saturday morning the same afternoon he came into the office grabbed the keys to his truck and stated “im gonna transfer some things from my vehicle” he then parked a mercedes bens within our fence line on the property locked the car and left without paying for the services on his truck and didnt say anything about the mercedes or leave a keyAfter several calls and two weeks later I started a lien sale the date was 10/13/when I filed the lienIve known [redacted] a long time and im willing to work with him but I also am not a storage facility where you can hide your car for four months without saying anything or even leaving a key so we can move it? He still owes for his original truck invoice and storage and paperwork/lien/transfer fees

my name is *** *** ,part owner & active general manager of RADIAL TIRE OF ELK GROVE (NOT RADIAL TIRE CENTER IN WESTA SAC) PLEASE NOTE .MR*** DROVE HIS VIHICLE INTO OUR TIRE SERVICE BAY ON 8/24/AND I HAPPENENED TO WAIT ON HIM & HE PROCEDED TO TELL ME THAT HIS CAR"WAS OUT OF OIL
& NEEDED A OIL CHANGE"SINCE I WAS WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER I FORWORD MR*** TO OUR SERVICE MANAGER *** *** BUT I MENTIONED WHAT MR.*** HAD TOLD ME ABOUT NO OIL IN CAR.*** WROTE UP A WORK ORDER TO DO A OIL CHANGE BUT UPON DRIVING IT FEET TO OUR SERVICE DEPT *** NOTICED SOME ENGINE NOISE ,AT THAT POINT HE GAVE W/O TO TECH &MENTIONED TO THEN TO SEE HOW MUCH OIL DRAINS FROM ENGINE & WHAT CONDITION IT WAS IN.TECHS REPORTED BACK TO SAY THERE WASS LESS THAN QUART OF OIL THAT DRAINED & THERE WAS METAL CHAVINGS IN OIL THAT YOU COULD VISIBLE SEE.SO AT THAT POINT TECH PUT CORECT AMOUNT OF OIL (QRTS) DID ALL OTHER SERVICES AS TRAINED PUT OIL CAP BACK ON & DOUBLE CHECKED OIL AMOUNT (AS VIDEO SHOWS )PUT DIP STICK BACK .*** RETURNED VIHICLE BACK TO MR*** TO ADVISED HIM ON ENGINE NOISE STILL THERE AFTER PERFORMING OIL CHANGE.ADVISED CUSTOMER HE NEEDED NEW ENGINE OR REBUILD CURRENT ENGINE .MR *** PROCEDED TO TO PAY & SIGN INVOICE KNOWING THAT ENGINE WAS MAKING NOISE THERE WAS NO OIL DROPS LEFT BY VIHICLE ON PRIMICESS OR WATERMAN RD .IF THERES ANY FURTHER INFORMATION NEEDED ON THIS MATTER PLEASE FELL FREE TO CALL ME AT *** SINCERELY , *** ***
