Hi [redacted],I never received your email.Our client, [redacted] came in to have a facial with Jen (Esthetician),Jen stated that the client was on her cell phone during her facial and not fully enjoying the experience or listening to her explaining what she was doing.After her facial, she stated...

that her skin fell off. We took photos and told her what products we used on her.Client called back and wanted her photos, a list of all the products we used and the names of the staff members she spoke to during the day of her service.The owner, Rebecca [redacted] talked to her also about going to see her physician to have them look at it. The client asked Rebecca if she had insurance and who her insurance was with (company). Rebecca told her she needed to see a Doctor if she thought her skin was damaged and to provide the doctor's name and phone number she saw, She did not provide any insurance information to the client ([redacted]).[redacted] gave us her Doctor's name. Our physician, Dr. [redacted] contacted the clinic on December 18, 2017 and was told that [redacted] never was treated there. They looked through all their records as far back as November 29, 2017.As of  the day she had her facial, we  asked the client to come in for a follow up within 5-7 days to look at her skin, however she has not come back.Respectfully,Dawn [redacted]Manager@ Radiance medspa
