Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved I request that the check in the amount of $for unused services (Paid $on 7/28/for services, used of 8/and 8/- ck #***) and for pill bottles, received, not received ($paid on 8/11/- ck #***) be mailed to my address: [redacted] Drive Canyon Lake, CA *** Regards, [redacted]

I started treating [redacted] a few months ago in my practice like any other new patient of mine with the highest care and professionalism. This patient was from a friend's referral so I made the extra effort to take...

my time and care of her needs during treatments. The day of the incident on August 23, 2014, I called in advance to apologize for running five minutes behind because I had car issues. She got very upset about me being late and that I was also moving my practice to Costa Mesa. I told her that I had notified her and all my other patients as soon as I knew about my practice change and she started yelling and speaking very condescendingly to me.I responded by kindly telling her that I would be happy to treat her in my new office and why she was so upset. She proceeded to immediately hang up the phone when I was trying to resolve the problem and create a happy solution.I tried texting her the following week that I could ship her the herbs and I got no response. I was happy to render the services of the $70 herbs or ship them to her.  She was already finished with her treatments with me and I had already treated her for the remaining $180 (2 treatments) before our last phone call. We had finished all our treatments before this incident occurred.I later moved into my new practice on September 8, 2014 in Costa Mesa. [redacted] states she sent me a formal letter of complaint to my old practice which I never received. I asked the owner of the old location and she said she never received a letter addressed to me from [redacted]. *If I had received the letter, I would have taken quick action to follow up and refund her with no issues.I recently reached out to her again today with a voicemail and text message (9/16/14) that I am happy to refund her money and apologize for not receiving her letter. Again If I had received the letter, I definitely would have responded and been happy to refund the money. She has not yet responded.Thank you for your time,Sincerely [redacted]

Review: I paid for acupuncture services and an herbal supplement that I did not receive. [redacted] (the owner/acupuncturist) refuses to furnish the contract that I signed, the product I paid for, and refuses to communicate. Our last communication was a text message from her saying "Do not ever call me", even though she has been paid for services not rendered and product not furnished. I sent her a letter dated 8/26/14 requesting a refund for the services not rendered and for either a refund of the product not given to me or the product itself. There has not been any attempt on her behalf to remedy this situation.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $180 plus $60 for the product that I paid for that was not given to me, for a grand total of $240.
