Review: I purchase a gift certificate for a 3 month 50-min massage club for my wife for our anniversary. My wife decided that she would prefer something different. I returned to the spa within the same week of purchase requesting a refund, I was told that there were no refunds, questioned and harassed on why my wife didn't want the gift certificate. People should have a right to change there mind, its not like I have used the product or service. At the time of purchase I was not told that there are no refunds. The receipt only states that products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 2 weeks of purchase date. Due to misrepresentation I do not feel like a good and fair service will be provided since I have requested a refund. How can I go to this spa now expecting good service when I was harassed about why I didn't want the gift certificate.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for services not provided. I do not wish to receive service from a company who is not honest and upfront about a purchases at the time of purchase.
