[redacted] / Case Number [redacted] We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our main priorityWe do show that the customer placed an order for Regal Slim on 12/30/our risk free 18-day trial periodPlease note that we also allow time for shipping and receiptAll customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offerOur terms do state that if the customer wishes to discontinue with either product that they contact us either via email or phone to cancel within their trial period This merchandise shipped on 01/03/Tracking that is provided by The United States Postal Service shows that the package was delivered on 01/07/(Tracking Number: [redacted] ) We did receive a cancellation request on 02/16/via phoneWhen the customer contacted customer service had already been charged for their end of trial and had also had another package sent outThe customer offered a refund for the amount of $to cancel out and keep the package to which the customer agreed toThe refund for the amount of $was refunded on the same day We have gone ahead and refunded the customer for the amount of refund of $and refund $We do hope that this credit does satisfy this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with

When the customer contacted customer service had already been charged for their end of trial and had also had another package sent out. The customer offered a refund for the amount of $60.00 to cancel out and keep the package to which the customer agreed to. The refund for the amount of $60.00 was refunded on the same day.   We have gone ahead and refunded the customer for the amount of 1 refund of $29.97 and 1 refund $89.97. We do hope that this credit does satisfy this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with.
