I am rejecting this response because:
This response is completely and inaccurate When the first crown didn't fit re-impressions were made I never rejected them otherwise how would the second crown have gotten made? I called fpur days after crown was cemented to see X-ray and verify that there was no open margins I was told by *** the Dr was not in, I said ok well I will just drop by and then she said she would call me backShe then called back and the dr was mysteriously there We did X-rays I could see open margins as plain as day and pointed them outShe said I promise they are not I was in pain and could visvanly see the crown had a huge gap from the gum seeing the tooth underneathShe said I'm going on vacation and won't be here for a weekNo dentist to coverI was still in pain and sought treatment from a doctor that came highly recommended .I would also like her to explain why she filed down all the teeth around crown to make room for it? She took down healthy teeth for no reason The only reason my insurance in her favor is she offered to re do the crown to the insurance, never to me After I sought treatment from another dentist and called to ask for my money back she had her manager call to see if I would come in I would never let someone who lied to me do work on my teeth againAs far as being abusive to her stafff they are so unprofessional I could feel the techs hair all over me while she was doing crown prepAnd every time they made a temp tooth they could not get it offThe doctor hops around from patient to patient so by the time she comes back your not numb anymore They also got me numb and they decided to argue with me about the billing codes which were not Ada Codes for half an hour*** hit my front teeth chipping them If my insurance l didn't find some fault with her then why are they allowing me to have the work re done by an Out of network provider The open margins were also verified by and endodontist Both the new dentist and endodontist said the margins could be more "clinically" open Both of these dentists are Ca board certified Then to address the insistence on the work day me the first day not how it went They said I needed the work and they were more than willing to take my money time and time againI will gladly giver her all her crowns back one by one after I have them taken offShe is very untrustworthy and rough she is impatient with no bedside manner She has cameras in her office she can feel free to pull them up to show that she did make second impressions And she can also verify that we were looking at the crown days laterShe can also verify that *** came in with her little clipboard and made me call the insurance before we did work after I was numb With temp crowns on saying they wouldn't complete the work After I already said I would pay and work it out later I was told by different members of my insurance that they were billing incorrectly and then the story would change as I go in Bottom line she is charging cash price on her crowns and then billing insurance their portion I feel like I have to pay my copays again she should have to pay them back to me Ask her to prove what she pays for the crowns? I was told by *** that the Dr would not do the cheaper PFM crowns which is a lie as wellShe is charging the insurance $for the crowns and the patient $The knows what she did and what she said I hope she can live with herself knowing that's she is negligent and lied

Hi , This is regarding the complaint from *** *** , the ptWas accomodated and seen multiple times for same day treatment PtInsisted on getting treatment done same day Pt Was offered to redo the crown at no cost Pt Was told no open margins clinically
