I would like to inform you that Radiant Insights is a reseller of market research reports. We are tied up with the leading publishers and we resell their reports. Once the client agrees to buy a specific...

report, we take the payment from the client and the report is delivered by the publisher to the client directly. If the client is unhappy with the report we do ask the publisher to offer the best solutions to solve the clients concerns.
As we understand that the client is unhappy with the report purchase we will initiate the refund and also pass ** the feedback of the client to the publisher ([redacted]).

Whether it is a market report or baby formula, the reseller/retailer has the responsibility to make sure the product they receive from the publisher/manufacturer meets quality standards. I have emailed Radiant Insights the purchased market report for them to see with their own eyes the poor quality of the report. They have contacted me about on Nov 25th, saying that a refund process has been initiated. But there has been no follow-up yet.
So, please keep the case open. Thanks.
