Radiant Roofing & Contracting Reviews (%countItem)

Contract for roof replacement and window bead replacement signed 01/26/19, roof was replaced without obtaining a permit with the county in February 2019, it took until July 2019 to replace the window beading and I have still yet to receive a certificate of completion. Radiant Roofing was referred to me by my insurance company as a preferred vendor an I'm not sure why - the only thing they do quick is cash the checks given to them then they drag their feet hoping as time goes on the customer will quit bothering to get them to complete the job. Direct communication is mostly non existent but I'm guessing I'll get a response now.

Radiant Roofing & Construction, specifically Jeff O. was referred to us by our insurance agent for our solar project. We are first time home owners and when we purchased our beautiful older home on King Street, we knew that there was only around four years left on the roof. We also knew from the inspection by our real estate's agents roofer during purchase, that the next time the roof was done it was going to have to be a complete removal of all shingles, inspection of structure and installation of new materials. We had received a couple of quotes from other area roofers and had a general, ballpark idea of what we were looking at cost wise; what we didn’t know was the breadth of materials that were out there as options. To be honest we were a little overwhelmed. Actually, a lot overwhelmed. Jeff has been in the roofing business for 20 plus years and is very knowledgeable on these various products. We didn’t expect, but greatly appreciated the openness, honesty and integrity Radiant Roofing showed us in trying to get the best product and warranty for our budget/money. Jeff was fantastic this way. He answered all our many, many questions and what ifs, he provided us part numbers, samples and material background information so we could do our research and he was very upfront, honest and straightforward with the process and potential issues he saw in our project. He was always available and in communication with us at each step, going above and beyond professionalism and care. The Radiant crew was prompt, courteous, thoughtful and thorough. I was impressed that the same care we had known Jeff to provide (both to my husband and I) was also what was provided by the tear-off crew and installation crew. The project came in right at budget, it was completed earlier than expected, and we are very happy with our new roof. We would highly recommend them! Thank you, Radiant Roofing, for taking all the stress and worry out of this very large purchase.

My roof looks wonderful! Radiant's crew cleaned up and Jeff came out and checked everything. Jeff was great with explaining my options and describing their process and the materials that would be used and thoroughly answered all questions I had. After finishing the roof, I saw several of the workers walking around the parking lot searching for any dropped nails or scraps, leaving our property cleaner than when they started! Jeff and everyone was very professional in all my dealings with them. I would definitely recommend them.

My team and I have been partners with Radiant Roofing & Contracting for the last 2 years and couldn't be more content with them. We are quality insurance agents and from this relationship, meaningful connections for networking and prospecting have proved consistently invaluable to us, Radiant, and most importantly our insureds. Jeff and his staff are top notch roofers, easy to work with and pioneering. Many of my policyholders have had their roofs certified (for free) by Radiant, Jeff has given free educational presentations to our homeowner associations and they keep up with the weather! Jeff monitors every wind and hail storm in our area and then alerts myself and my agents. We contact our affected customers and stellar service begins. Furthermore, erroneous hail claims are a thing of the past since we've partnered. My agency's rapport has strengthened with my customers, my carriers and my team who couldn't be happier or busier. Thank you, as always, Jeff and Radiant Roofing!

Jeff was very professional, attentive, and took care of it all, making this an easy smooth process for us. Great work done in a timely manner.

Radiant Roofing is a great company to have your roof rebuilt and construction on your house done. They have a great team of people here that does a wonderful, quality job in a very timely matter. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew. I will definitely call this company again for any work that needs to be done.

A++++ I had a wonderful experience with this company! Extremely efficient and quality of work was excellent. Delivered just as promised. Helped come up with some great solutions/selection and I have a great looking roof now.

Thanks Brian!

I'm in Denton, and every year we are hit with hail. And every year my neighborhood is overrun with roofers. You'd think there is a roofer on every corner, like Starbucks. But, then 1 week after the storm, they all disappear. How can anyone consider hiring these roofing ghosts? The news warns us against it and tells all the horror stories I imagine. I don't normally write reviews good or bad but I am so relieved and glad to finally find a roofer I can call any time. Radiant Roofing with owner Jeff *** and his team are LOCAL (yes, they actually have an office in Ft. Worth) and dependable! Jeff is easy to reach, he gave me his cell # and he answers when I call him. Talking to him was painless and doubt free; every claim he made about his company was proven first by certificates and references and then by my own experience.

It was a pleasure to serve you and your family!

Consumers beware! This company is a con. Our HOA hired Radiant Roofing & Contracting after Hurricane Harvey to repair our homes. They did "below" sub-par workmanship, did not complete the job and abandoned the project. They also did not have proper bonding to protect their customers as claimed. Took our money and went on vacation, look at his facebook. One year and five months later we are still cant move home. Stay away from these crooks.

Radiant that was hired to do the work at the ninth Street townhomes after hurricane Harvey. We completed the roof and quite a few of the large trades for the HOA. As we were working on a project with the HOA We found quite a bit more damage than the insurance company allowed for and that the insurance companies involved were state and government run carriers known for under paying claims dramatically. We made an attempt to hire a company to assist in supplementing the insurance company and they failed so we hired an attorney who is still working with tonight Street t we found quite a bit more damage than the insurance company allowed for end of the insurance companies involved were state and government run carriers known for under paying claims dramatically. We made an attempt to hire a company to assist in supplementing the insurance company and they failed so we hired an attorney who is Working with the community to get them compensated for the dramatically underpaid claim. After several months we had to demobilize due to the fact that the ninth Street townhomes did not have the funds to pay us for the work we were doing. We told them as soon as we got the payout from the insurance company we could move forward which is normal in any large project such as this. I have been in contact with the new H away presiden working with the community to get them compensated for the dramatically underpaid claim. We told them as soon as we got the payout from the insurance company we could move forward which is normal in any large project such as this. I have been in contact with the new HOA since he took over and discussed separation with them because several Of the tenants had gone around our contract doing work on the side without our knowledge. The homeowners have also started sending bad reviews and damaging remarks about our company due to the fact that they could not pay for their project and there insurance company did not pay them correctly. these false and skewed statements will not be taken lightly and will be considered slander and libel on a company that has a pristine reputation for almost a decade. The company has not gone anywhere or run away from any responsibility in fact we believe that we are owed money at this point for the work we did and the fact that our profit has now been compromised due to breach of contract. Our prayers go out to all the homeowners that have been affected by the storm, let me understand the frustration and anger that this has caused and we hope that The homeowners can get back in their homes and our attorney is successful in getting them the Funds from the insurance carrier.

Roofing for Life...and then some!
Roofing for Life is not just a motto for Radiant and Jeff O. After the big hail storm in 2016 we arranged for Jeff to replace our metal roof. Unbeknownst to all of us Jeff had to work around two roofs--the outer metal roof and another old tar/gravel one underneath. Despite the extra cost Jeff stayed with us-and his team's work fixed the leaks we had in two places. In December 2016 we had some unexpected leaks in our living room--we had 8 other roofers, 4 expert handymen, and multiple HVAC experts all tell us different stories of why our roof was leaking. Jeff sent his folks out to investigate do some minor repairs. It leaked again in the winter 2017--this time Jeff's crew removed two panels, replaced some wood around the heating flue, and then lengthened the flue--NO LEAKS. None of the experts identified the flue as a problem--only Jeff's folks did. No mess....no extra cost for me...but a very satisfied customer for sure. If you want Roofing for Life....and then some....with no hassles.....then use Jeff O and Radiant Roofing.

I would like to complement Blake W and Radiant Roofing & Contracting for a job well done. Blake stayed on top of everything until the job was completed. He made sure all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and he catered to the roofers to ensure they had everything they needed. They worked well together. After the roof was completed, Blake followed up with some minor painting & gutter repairs & made sure I was completely satisfied. Blake was very easy to work with. I would recommend Radiant Roofing to anyone.
