The children were very disruptive to the tour, so much so that we have to refund tickets for other customers that were on the tourThis is not a legitimate complaint as we have to right to ask anyone disrupting a tour to leaveThe guests were spoken to repeatedly before being asked to leave the tourThis is private property and we reserve the right to ask anyone to leave a tour that is disrupting the experience of another guestThank youRegards, April IGeneral Manager
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWe were not spoken to at all prior to being kicked off the tourOther children were more disruptive than us and were not spoken to at allYou are correct, if it's private properly and can do what you want but that doesn't make it rightAnd I'm sure you really know the details of our tour one whole month later we seem thousands of people a day go thereIt's not very professional of you to basically say we can do what we want, it's private propertyI have contacted my credit card and will be disputing the charges since you won't do the right thing. Regards,

On 6/24/13, I purchased a radiator from Radiator & A/C of Ft. Worth. That same day the radiator was delivered to the shoppe and installed. On 7/27/13 I observed coolant leaking underneath my vehicle. On 7/29/13 I took my vehicle back to the shoppe that installed the radiator. After putting my car on a lift, the shoppe Manager [redacted] discovered the radiator was leaking coolant.
I asked if it was covered under warranty and he advised me to call the place that provided the radiator and stated there would be a secondary labor charge since the issue was a defective part. Upon learning of this additional out-of-pocket expense, I placed a call to [redacted] the owner of Radiator & A/C of Ft. Worth and addressed the situation as well as my concerns. He stated he would only cover the radiator.
I reiterated that the secondary labor charge was the DIRECT result of the defective part his company provided and that there would NOT be a secondary labor charge IF the part his company provided had not been defective. He stated he would not cover the additional expense. Realizing the owner does not operate his business with fairness and that he wasn't open to the issue I hung up.
The million dollar question to ANYONE in this situation is this ...... Do you think it's fair or right to have to pay for the EXACT SAME repair after you already previously paid for it just 35 days prior and it is under warranty as well ? Or another question would be; Do you think its right for a consumer to have to pay twice for the SAME repair for the SAME part under warranty ?
