Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for taking the time to contact SFX Entertainment, Inc. regarding an issue from our customer. We value our guests and their satisfaction with our services, and thus appreciate the opportunity to respond to the comments and concerns brought to the Better...

Business Bureau. This is a response to the consumer complaint from [redacted], Revdex.com ID number [redacted], regarding a refund request. We understand that [redacted] is requesting a refund for the tickets he purchased for the event Something Wonderful in Dallas, Texas, which was cancelled. Our records indicate that on May *, 2015, [redacted] completed a google form set up for ticket holders of the event to indicate whether they preferred to be issued a refund or to receive tickets to a subsequent event, Something Wicked, in Houston, Texas. [redacted] indicated that he would like to receive tickets to the other event. These tickets were sent out on June *, 2015. Since [redacted] has instead requested a refund of his original tickets via the Revdex.com, we are happy to honor that. We are issuing a check in the amount of $155.58 to be sent to [redacted]’s address and cancelling his tickets to Something Wicked. The tickets for Something Wicked will no longer be valid. The check should arrive next week. We are always happy to help our customers in any way we can, and to make sure they receive the best experience from us.
