delay this has caused.  In order to resolve this, I have indicated what has transpired below on behalf of Allstar Marketing.   Order # [redacted] Simply Fit Set Magenta         $49.99 Processing and handling       $4.99 GST                                   $7.15 Total $62.13   We are sorry that the customer never received the Simply Fit Board.  Canada Post Tracking [redacted] did show it was delivered on 01/**/2017.   The customer contacted us on 02/**/2017 to advise they never received the shipment.  At this time a refund of $62.13 was issued on 2/**/2017 to the Visa account ending in [redacted] with expiration date of 02/2019.   The customer should contact their bank to see where the credit was applied to their account.   Quality customer service is very important to us and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.
