Review: I purchased a radiator that was was sold as oe exact and it is not. oe radiator comes with quick connects for trans lines as a part of radiator. tried to return this part and customer service has not provided refund or prepaid shipping label for return. I should not have to pay return shipping on a misrepresented part. it has been five days and I have not a response to my e-mails.Desired Settlement: refund my credit card the purchase price and send me a prepaid retun shipping label.

Review: Website advertising claims fast and wonderful service with high 'customer ratings' that were found to be non-existent. After receiving an incomplete order many days later(blamed on weather) than claimed by the seller, I waited far too long for anyone to respond to my emails and phone messages. I did get a return call from a csr that resulted in no satisfaction as far as getting a refund. By this time I had already purchased my item from a local store and it was in use so a refund was all I wanted at that point. After another week, through email, I got an 'RMA' that is used to produce a return fro the item. I went to a local UPS store where I was told by the clerk that there was no guarantee I would get a refund without an acct. # attached and I would also have to pay for the return shipping. After reading the return policy from the seller I learned that I would have to pay for the return shipping along with a 20% restocking fee. This comes to almost $40 of the $115 cost of the original item. I do not feel I should have to pay $40 for the sellers mistake.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my original cost and a shipping label sent to me so I have do not have to pay to return their incomplete order as it was not in any way my mistake...it was theirs and they should pay for it , not me.

Review: Before placing my order, read on there Web site that shipping is a standard rate and is one day shipping. They even talk down to other companies about taking 5-7 days to get the part to the customer. Why then, is the radiator that shipped on Monday not getting here until Thursday. I'm no college grad, but pretty sure 3 days is not 1 day. It's like 3 times as many days, and two additional days I do not have my vehicle, which is 2 additional stressful days of trying to get to work (will most likely involve 2-3 hours a day riding my bike to and from work in 30 degree weather, and will involve me missing class tonight, which means missing my midterm, the consequences of that I'm not sure of yet, but I'm sure it will not be a good thing) bottom line, if it's 3 day shipping, tell me upfront so I can check into speedier options, don't lie to people about things as important as when they will be able to get there car back on the road!Desired Settlement: The company should take the lies down off of there Web site so this stress doesn't have to be felt by anyone else ever again. It's false advertising and it's just plain wrong.

Review: I purchased a radiator from this company for my work truck. It turned out to be defective. Because I needed a replacement right away to continue working, the company told me the best thing to do would be to pay for a new one, then send the defective one back and get the refund. I did that. I paid for a second (new) radiator. The second one turned out to be "mis-boxed" and therefor did not fit my truck. I sent both radiators back according to the company's policy and I was never refunded my money. I have made multiple attempts over the last year and a half to get my money back from this company, but they have still not returned my money for the 2 radiators I paid for ($368). They do not take any phone calls, so even after all of the emails we have sent back and forth, they will still not call me or be made available by phone in order to resolve this situation.Desired Settlement: I would like the $368 refunded to the credit card I used to pay for the items.

Review: I ordered a radiator for my [redacted] Land Cruiser through Radiator Express.

They shipped me the wrong radiator.

I double checked to be sure I ordered the proper radiator.

I had indeed ordered the correct part number.

They mis-boxed the wrong part number in the right box.

I requested that they pay for the return freight.

They refused.

I shipped the item back to Radiator Express at the requested address.

I tracked the package and got confirmation that they received it.

I have not received reimbursement for the item or my shipping cost.Desired Settlement: A complete refund for the Radiator and a reimbursement for my shipping costs to return the wrong part.

Review: The radiator I purchased was defective from factory. I also purchased a condensor that was supposed to fit but still had to modify. I have called for three days and left a message each time and emailed but still no person has called or emailed. I would never do business with this company againDesired Settlement: Please refund purchase price

Review: On 4/8/2014 I place order #[redacted] to phone number ###-###-####. My Visa was charged 226.17. The item # [redacted] a gas tank for a 1997 ford escort LX was shipped to me.. Upon arival everything looked fine. The mechanic attempted to install the tank and it was the wrong tank. We fixed the leak in the tank we had and I filed a RMA request to send the tank back. I was emailed telling me to pay shipping and send it to [redacted] New RMA [redacted] Ny 13057. I sent tank using UPS tracking #[redacted] The item was delivered on May 8 2014.

I have gotten zero response from them telling me if they got the tank.. I called and they said no phone support for RMA I have to use there web system.. I have filled out so many forms on there site and get zero response from them.. I decided to file a complain against [redacted] and during so I found a phone number so called them.. I spoke with the woman that actually singed for the tank when it arrived at [redacted].. Her name was [redacted] @###-###-####. She found the refund and gave me the invoice #[redacted] and said the money was refunded to Radiator Express the address and name im filing about.

During filing the report with [redacted] I saw yet another phone number that is invalid and isnt there real number listed on your info.. [redacted] gave me there real number ####-###-#### so I called there and yeah of course I get a recording wanting me to leave a message.. And yeah they never return my calls..

Id like at least the purchase price of 196.17 refunded to me as I dont expect the shipping cost. I sure hope you can get some kinda result because I see im the 5th person filing against this company in the last 12 months.Desired Settlement: Id just like my money back.. If it was only 20 or 30 bucks id probably say screw it and let it go but this is almost 200.00 dollars and im disabled and could really use the money.

Again thank you for any help you can give.

Also if they claim they dont know my credit card info I guess a cashiers check sent to my address will be fine too long as its not a personal check that can bounce and then we are back where we started ..
