Complaint shipped said vehicle with our company We contracted Hanjin Shipping lines to transport the container to Ghana Hanjin filed for Bankrupt while our container was ON THE SEA.This information is public knowledge. complainant was informed about this and given all needed information
and told that since it is a bankruptcy we will have to wait and follow laid down procedure The complainant for whatever reason thinks we can supplant the directives of the international courtsWe have on file , copies of his text messages and voice messages from the complainant and his friend, Threatening my person and businessI advised him that I reserve the right not to communicate with any person who insults my person. So I ceased communication with him and rather communicates with the person to whom the car was Shipped That person is more matured , reasonable and respectful .The container is in Spain and per information available today is about to sail for Ghana ..complainant have been given a copy of the Bill of Lading but because things are not moving the way he wants, he comes out with this ridiculous and frivolous accusation The compliant and his friend have been harassing , intimidating and trying to extort money from meI just chose to ignore them since I know this is typical behavior of some uncouth people .The container number is *** ANYONE CAN SEARCH FOR IT , HE ALREADY HAS THIS INFORMATION BUT FOR WHATEVER REASON HE AND HIS FRIEND THINKS THEY CAN INTIMIDATE ME BY REPORTING ME TO Revdex.com The container will get there when it will get there No more sooner than it is right now .The container can be tracked on www.cma-cgm.comCan the complainant say he does not know this ? Was he not made aware of Hanjins Shipping lines bankruptcy ? if complainant is ignorant about how these things work , he should ask for explanation and not depend on his own misguided and myopic misunderstanding of things. THIS IS A LINK TO WHY THE CONTAINER IS DELAYED , This is nothing on our part or something we could have predicted billion dollars worth of cargo was affected I am not the least interested in his "car"http://www.wsj.com/articles/billions-in-cargo-remains-stranded-at-sea-14732... We are working with the authorities in Spain and in communication with the person listed as the receiver of the car to have this resolved ..At this time complainant will have to wait just like everyone else until the container gets to its destination Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
1.       The response from the shipper contains too many spelling errors, grammatical errors and bad sentence sequence. I cannot comprehend his response due his numerous errors. 2.       The response from the shipper does not follow one pattern. He has switched several times from the main point which concerns the business aspect. a.       From the little “headway” made in the response from the shipper, Revdex.com can also determine that the shipper has not directly addressed the issue of the vehicle being stranded at sea. b.      Has not detailed his process of rectifying this problem c.       Has not detailed a dignified solution to the problem d.      Has no idea as to when the vehicle will arrive at its destination 3.       The shipper has baseless accusations of extortion, harassment and intimidation. We live in a law abiding environment and I challenge him to involve local law enforcement as his claims are criminal offences. 4.       The vehicle was shipped from the United States by Frank T[redacted] and I reserve every right to inquire about my merchandise. The shipper was not “contracted” by the recipient but by the sender. ( This is common sense) 5.       The shipper should stick to industry rules and regulations of customer satisfaction. 6.       As I customer, I did not determine to the shipper which shipping line he had to use. He made a conscious decision to use Hanjin and did not bother to insure the container. This is his whole responsibility and he will face the long arm of the law should things go wrong. This is only the first step if the container takes any longer. One a personal note, I wish to remind the shipper not to involve other matters with regards to this transaction.  This is separate matter and if he has any problems with my friend he is free to take him on a different route.  I am confident that “Revdex.com” could determine the level of insults and unprofessional behavior by the shipper from his response. I will choose to remain to the business elements of the transaction and get my vehicle to where it needs to be or seek appropriate compensation. I remain! N.B. The complainant brought a box to be shipped in our August 29th consignment to [redacted]. The container arrived and complainant's sister was contacted to come to the port of [redacted] before the container is opened for customs inspection. The sister said...

she could not come so complainant asked an Emissary to be present while the cargo was inspected by customs and to facilitate transporting of his cargo to the sister
Complaint's emissary is ready to send a certified affidavit that he was present when customs officers opened all the cargo and inspected the content. Complainant further asked the emissary and my agent to find a way of sending his cargo to his sister in the hinterlands of [redacted] to a village almost 500 miles away. The cargo was resealed in the present of his emissary, transported from the port of [redacted] to the capital city of [redacted], placed in another vehicle and transported the 500 miles to his sister
Complainant contacted me on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, that his sister got the cargo and that he put some "pictures in a book bag" and that the sister could not find it. I ask the complainant to call the agent in [redacted] to ask him, Complainant told me he won't...so I called my agent and his emissary and was told, nothing was taken out by the custom officers
I texted the complainant back and told him same and also added that he needs to check from his sister and family since this is the 2nd time I am shipping for this same person. The first time, after the cargo has been delivered he came telling me that half his content was missing. I advise him that since we come from the same country, I will go to a powerful shrine to go find the culprit since I strive to maintain a high level of integrity in my business, so I will use any and all means necessary to find his alleged missing cargo. Miraculously, he came back and said missing cargo was taken by his own brother.
So when he came again and said his pictures were missing, I told him I could give him the phone numbers of two shrines for him to call and seek help in finding his missing pictures since my agents have a high level of integrity. Complainant was angry at my answer and became verbally abusive. I have the conversation and his voice messages recorded and can tender that as evidence.. Due to the unscrupulous nature of some [redacted]ians, I record all messages related to my business because there is always one person or another trying to use foul means to scam me out of money or free services just because I am a successful business.
I want to start categorically here that, the complaint is a pathologically liar in that he lied in this complaint about "missing items" while I have him on record saying he was missing pictures , Not items.. Secondly he stated that I did not pick his call ... I will show a transcript of his calls and text to me.. I hanged up the phone when he became verbally abusive to me on the phone.. I have that on tape too and his subsequent text messages and voice messages he left.. I can tender that to Revdex.com for perusal to get an understanding of the caliber of person making this complaint

1:24pm I texted and told him to do his worse

I have the transcripts of all these texts and voice calls so at what point did I not pick his calls? Was it before or after he became abusive and disrespectful???
I want to add that this complainant is known in the [redacted]ian community as a very arrogant, rude and disrespectful person. It is normally said in our local parlance that " he does not know how to talk " , basically meaning he talks without thinking about what he is saying , essentially he is considered a notch above an ie
I want to also go on record to say that due to people trying to scam me with such frivolous claims , on Sunday May 24th 2015 at 7:09pm, I sent a text message out to my customer base and I can show that this complainant got the message .. Stating that "... starting immediately, we will require all customers to make a list of items in their barrels or boxes that they bring to ship. A copy of the list will be put in the box or barrel and the other copy kept in our office. This is to safeguard the integrity of the cargo and that of our company ..."Did the complainant give us a list of the items in the box? Why not? Because I can prove that he got the above message
Did he not ask an emissary to be at the port of call and the said emissary being present when the box was opened? Did he talk to the emissary before making these wild allegations? What did his emissary tell him? Why did he not give me a list of the content as my message clearly stated? Is it because he has plans to scam me?
Why did his sister not show up when she was called to come to the port?
When did said "items get missing" , was it at the port ? While being transported to the capital city, [redacted]? While on the bus to the hinterland where his sister lived? Or when it got to his sister? Was his brother the known thief present?
If he can give answers to said questions then maybe just maybe I will waste my time answering any further questions. In the same message that I sent out in May, I informed everyone that the moment the container is sealed here in the United States, my responsibility ends because I do not control all the variables when the container leaves my warehouse.. I have proof of that message too and I know for a fact he got it.
Did he bother to ask the drivers of the vehicles that transported his box in [redacted]? Can he prove that the items got missing when his cargo was in my custody?
I want to also add that I shipped a 16 cubic foot of cargo, weighing approximately 400 lbs to [redacted] for this person .. I charged $200 covering freight and customs duties and I still have to deal with this nonsense
I know this person and I know he is jealousy of my successes.. Three weeks ago he asked me to give him my account and password to an auction website where I buy vehicles, I refused and he was upset and this is his pay back, to try and smear my hard won reputation as a successful businessman . I know his kind, they are here a plenty, they see one of their own being successful so they band together and find ways to bring him down... but I want him to know that I am blessed.. At this moment I am the number shipper from Philadelphia all the way to Kansas.. I don't advertise but my business is flourishing... Like I tell his kind, people know me, and they know him too, they will make up their own mind about my business. I did not ask him to come ship with me, he came on his own.
In his last text to me at 2:43pm, he wrote "I used to ship with Victor and I never had a single complain..." my question to complainant is, why do you come to me the second time if you already knew someone who had shipped for you without complain? Why did you come back after you claim that half your cargo was missing the first time??? You either have to be a babbling ie to put your hand back into fire after you have been burned the first time or you were just plain lying the first time around like you doing right now .As can be seen per my response, the complainant is a an arrogant pathological liar, and a scam artist trying to make gains where he has not sown.. Interestingly, his sister never contacted my agent in [redacted] to say any item or items was missing, I even asked the complainant to call my agent , he refused ..Why? Because he knows the cargo changed hands several times after it left the presence of my agent but he thinks he can make threats of defaming my business to get something in return. Complainant went to my business Facebook to write a bad review, point is I don't care about his review because there are hundreds of very happy and satisfied customers. Having a couple of disgruntled customers who are motivated by greed, jealousy and envy does nothing to me, my reputation speak for itself..
And for someone who claims his items are missing, why did he turn down an opportunity

Everything thing he said is not true...first of all [redacted] is not a village 500 km from the capital in [redacted].
2. My sister was never at any point given the option to picknow up the package, she was told to pay and it will be transported to her, which she did.
3. There was no emissary involved that my sister sent. And I never ever told him I was only missing pictures, I lost 5 per of shoes, a book bag with personal pictures in them and a lunch box.
4. I never told him my brother took stuff from an earlier shipping he did, we talked and I decided to forget about it.
5. I am not the only person he has done this to. He ships your package and when his associates in [redacted] steal from it, his only defence is to give you phone numbers to shrines...
6. I have transcript of all communication between as. And I will provide them if needed

You did not provide a list/inventory of the items you were shipping at the time of shipment.
Your claim is fraudulent and I will not waste any more time on this. If your items are missing, go ask your family members
Next time use FedEx or UPS or like you said go use Victor.
