Radio City Apartments Reviews (2)

On October **, 2015, 3 friends and myself visited NYC as a retirement celebration and stayed at Radio City Apartments. The first day was October **, 2015. After checking in, we unpacked and left for the evening. After a late dinner we returned to the hotel and went immediately to bed after a full day of travel. In the morning I woke up and noticed the sheet on my bed had blood stains. I inspected my body and had my travel partners do the same to see if I was the source of the blood. I was not. I took the sheet to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. The gentlemen the took the sheet and said they would contact the manager.
An hour and half later I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. They connected me by phone to his office. I spoke with a woman. She said the sheets are clean. I indicated that I took a picture of the sheet with the newspaper by it to verify the date. She apologized and said we could have a new room, but had to make that decision quickly. I indicated the room was not the issue, the soiled sheet was the issue. She asked what I would like and I said to speak to the manager. She indicated he was at a meeting. I said I wanted some consideration of the reduction of the night stay because of the soiled sheet.
She indicated she would speak to the manager. A half hour later she called back and said there was nothing the manager could do about the situation. I asked again to speak to the manager. She indicated he stepped out. I left my phone number for him to call me. He did not return my phone call.
Later that day I contacted the office again and asked to speak to the manager. She said it was best to email him. I did and attached a picture of the blood stained sheet. He did not respond. I asked the front desk later for the name of the owner of Radio City Apartments. They said to email the manager. I said I would, but he won't respond to my phone calls or emails.
I waited 4 days in NYC for the manager to respond to my requests to speak to him or to get the name of the owner. No response.
My complaint is not only was the soiled sheet, when I was directed by his office to email the manager to about my complaint he did not personally respond to my request to speak to him personally.
