Good afternoon, I called yesterday to discuss ID [redacted] I would like to post an update to this ID but the case is now closed on-line I spoke with a helpful representative and she directed me to e-mail the resolution for this ID We resolved this issue directly with the consumer Can you please update the this ID with the following resolution: We apologize for the issue that [redacted] experienced with her wagon We have replaced the wagon body and wheels for [redacted] to resolve the matter Thank you! I am rejecting this response because: I ordered the Product by phone and they never told me about the return policy Usually product if you purchase you have days to returnSpecially this product you can only order online or phone and you cannot even see at a store to know if it’s good or bad product I never expected to get such a bad product from radio Flyer I called within days and they said because my son used the product we cannot return it anymore I would like to return the product end of story

This is the only information I have I provided everything correctly and was already told that credit would be issued to me and emailed to me! I haven't received that and that's what I'm following up onWe don't have the wagon as it was dangerous to use and we were told we could purchase and select something else on your site with the credit we have still not received but were promised! The canopy covered wagon is what it was you should know what wagon this is and have this credit issued to meOr I do need to have someone help me if you cannot
